WHAT IS OHSAS18001:2007 HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS?
OHSAS 18001 is the International Occupational Health and Safety Management Standard.
It provides a framework for the effective management of OH&S including all aspects of risk management and legal compliance.
The standard addresses occupational health and safety in the workplace.
Please note: OHSAS 18001 is due to be replaced by ISO 45001, the new international standard for occupational health and safety management systems (OHSMS).
You can still apply for certification to OHSAS 18001, however working with Coast Risk Management we will make sure that your systems are developed in line with ISO 45001 requirements making transition easy and stress free.
